Refunds
If EmberSSH isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email from Paddle, find your order at paddle.net, or write to support@emberssh.com with your order number or the email address you bought with.
What happens next
The full amount, including any tax, goes back to the payment method you used. Banks usually take [5–10 business days] to show it.
EmberSSH has no license key, so nothing gets switched off. After a refund, we trust you to delete it.
After 30 days
If something went wrong with a payment, such as being charged twice, write to us any time and we'll put it right. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
